Exploring and generating new creative ideas for you can take time. We would like to give you a general idea of the process involved, so we remain on the same page throughout the creative phase.

START– Once the pack is purchased, our team jump into action & issue a design brief for you to complete.
DESIGN BRIEF– The information you provide us in the Design Brief is key to ensuring we have a solid understanding of your business and where you want us to go, creatively.
CONFIRMATION – After receiving your design brief, we will send you confirmation of acceptance via email. You may also be asked for additional information if we need more clarification.
ASSIGNED – Your project will be scheduled with our designers for concept development and we’ll notify you at this stage.
MOOD BOARDS & INSPIRATION– Ideas are generated by our creative team to ensure we take the right steps towards achieving your final design.
CONCEPTS– Initial logo or design concepts will be sent to you for feedback, via email.
REVISIONS– Our team will liaise with you directly via email and phone to make any refinements to your chosen design.
